Frank Gallagher is an Irish-American master craftstman, artisan, mason, designer, architect, and general contractor.  He is an avid art enthusiast, and specializes in unique projects for amazing spaces.  He and his team created an entire custom Italian fountain for one client, complete with a hand-made balustrade balcony.  Based in San Marino, Frank has completed projects on location throughout California.

The Vessels are a passion for Frank. He began creating them years ago, and they are a product of his own artistic expression.
